Nika Water donates 100% of profits to bringing water and clean sanitation, along with poverty alleviation, into underdeveloped countries. Through three NGOs they currently work with (Free The Children, Project Concern International in San Diego, Millennium Promise), Nika has already committed $375,000 to water wells, water catchment systems, plumbing, schools and trees in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Sri Lanka and Nicaragua. Last March, a NIKA-funded well was completed in Nicaragua, where they turned on water to 600 people, 100 homes, 2 schools and 2 health clinics. Read more »
